Our Identity

We choose to collaborate with committed structures, that question their organizational practices and seek to build solutions that are both useful and aligned with their values.

Our goal is to support those who are already taking action, helping them to do it a bit better, more confidently, and to go a little further in their endeavour.

This is our way of being useful.

A Stance

Organizational strategy at the core of our approach.

We believe that a solid organization relies first and foremost on a clear structure - one that allows ideas to flow, to turn into concrete actions, and ultimately to produce tangible results.

Rather than adding on tools or short-lived practices, we first intervene on the very backbone of the organization and its daily operations - where internal dynamics take shape, decisions are guided, and collective action is built.

Our support aims to restore coherence between intentions, structures, and practices, ensuring strong and sustainable basis.

Strengthening what already exists, not replacing it.

We believe that many organizations, locally and internationally, are already delivering solutions that are useful, credible, and relevant.

Our role is complementary: we provide targeted, timely, yet decisive support to those already taking action. We equip, guide, and accompany with rigorous methodology and care, to strengthen autonomy and long-term adaptability.

A Way of Working

  • ConsultAid is not a profit-driven consulting firm - it’s a collective of experienced consultants who choose to work together. Each consultant maintains professional autonomy, but we share methods, tools, and a common identity, as well as a clear framework for collaboration.

With complementary profiles, we share our expertise, stay in continuous contact on our projects, and mobilize the skills best suited to each situation.

  • Whenever a project is carried out under the ConsultAid identity, it is always reviewed or co-constructed with another senior member of the team.

Together, we ensure the quality, coherence, and impact of deliverables. This allows us to uphold high standards… without working in isolation.

  • For specific technical or sectoral topics, we can call on a network of trusted experts, selected for both their rigor and their alignment with our values.

This way, you receive comprehensive, tailor-made support that is deeply grounded in reality.

Based in Paris, Maxime, 35 years old, has dedicated his commitment, rigor, and curiosity to ConsultAid since 2018.

A close partner in strategic thinking since the early days of the collective, he officially joined as a senior consultant while continuing to actively shape his vision, methods, and development.

With a background in law, he began his career in international humanitarian work before transitioning into the sports events sector. This path led him to intervene in complex, multicultural, and often high-pressure environments.

Over the years, he has developed a specific way of working: approaching projects as living systems, balancing operational rigor with adaptability, and building bridges between highly different actors.

Today, as a consultant, he primarily works in crisis management, stepping in where it is necessary to structure, support, and sometimes de-escalate situations.
