Our team supported the French National Rugby League in fully structuring its crisis management system, establishing a clear and operational framework, tailored to its stakes. By defining roles, response processes, and key tools, we strengthened its capacity to handle sensitive situations. This work was further reinforced by team training to ensure sustainable capacity building and optimal responsiveness in the event of a crisis.

ConsultAid supported the L’Oréal Fund for Women in analyzing and selecting potential grantee partners. We applied their evaluation framework, conducted rapid due diligence, and provided recommendations aligned with the fund’s strategy. ConsultAid also contributed to improving the tools for assessing submissions from potential partners, to better align the selection process with the realities of local organizations and the principles of responsible funding.

As a senior consultant with Aleph Strategies, Camille co-led the evaluation of an AFD-funded project aimed at strengthening the capacities of CSOs in Senegal and South Africa. She assessed the project’s real impact on the organizational capacities of local structures to accompany them in carrying out their missions and provided concrete recommendations to improve support practices. The work combined methodological rigor, attentive listening to field partners, and critical analysis of funding approaches.

ConsultAid supports this private foundation based in Monaco, which is repositioning itself as a funding organization. It conducted an internal and external assessment, designed and facilitated workshops on clarification and positioning, and guided a collective decision-making process on future priorities. This tailored approach enabled the team and the board to regain a clear trajectory, aligned with their social commitment and philanthropic environment.

Camille supports IGNITE, an international consortium funded by the AFD, in implementing an organizational capacity-strengthening framework for 60 local CSO partners across five African countries. She designed a customized organizational diagnostic tool, guided the development of action plans, structured a strategy for building and sharing organizational capacities, and coordinated the involvement of multiple stakeholders. She also serves as a strategic advisor to ensure the support provided to partners is coherent, ethical, and sustainable.

Quitterie supports the Epic Foundation in the management and strategic support of its partner organizations across four continents. She conducts the selection, due diligence and monitoring of local NGOs, as well as impact measurement and donor reporting. She leads the development and implementation of Epic’s safeguarding systems and contributes to the evolution of programmatic tools and strategies.
